Description

This Greek miquelet pistol is in excellent original condition. The lock functions perfectly, and the strike of the main spring is very powerful. Pistol is of tradional Greek form, with both the stock and the barrel enclosed in hammered sheet copper, which is profusely decorated with traditional ornaments. Breech end of the barrel is lightly incised in ornamental designs. Total length- 46 cm, barrel length - 28 cm, barrel caliber - 15 mm. An excellent late 18th-early 19th century pistol of elegant proportions and completely original.
