This well-used military academy cadet sword dates to the late 1800s-mid-1930s. According to Brazelton's and McGinn's Directory of American Military Goods Dealers William C. Rowland was in in the military goods trade in Philadelphia starting as early as 1895. He is listed as a military goods dealer from 1909 till at least 1935.


Sword is 34" long overall, with a 28" blade. Sword and scabbard are marked, and show good honest wear and period mending.


A good US cadet sword from the World War One to the World War II period.
